My Veloraa First 500 Customer Challenge – Official Rules
1. Sponsor
The My Veloraa First 500 Customer Challenge (“Challenge”) is sponsored and administered by My Veloraa, an Ontario-based business in Canada (“Sponsor”).

2. Challenge Period and Important Dates
The Challenge begins on:
August 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time
The customer qualification period ends when the 500th unique verified customer qualifies or on:
August 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time
whichever occurs first.
Important dates:
Qualification period: August 1–31, 2026
Challenge instructions sent: By September 3, 2026
Skill-entry deadline: September 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time
Judging period: September 16–25, 2026
Winner announcement: By September 30, 2026
If fewer than 500 customers qualify by August 31, 2026, all eligible verified customers who qualified before the closing time will be invited to participate, and the $1,000 USD prize will still be awarded.
3. Worldwide Eligibility
The Challenge is intended to be open worldwide to individuals who:
Are at least 18 years old and have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.
Legally reside in a jurisdiction where this type of skill-based promotion is permitted.
Can lawfully receive the advertised prize.
Meet all requirements contained in these Official Rules.
The Challenge is void in countries, states, provinces, territories or jurisdictions where it is prohibited or restricted by law, requires unavailable registration or licensing, or where the Sponsor or its payment provider cannot lawfully transfer the prize.
Individuals located in jurisdictions subject to applicable Canadian sanctions or payment restrictions are not eligible.
Employees, contractors, representatives and immediate family members of My Veloraa are not eligible.
4. How to Qualify
To qualify, a customer must:
Purchase any eligible product from www.myveloraa.com between August 1 and August 31, 2026.
Provide a valid name and email address at checkout.
Have a successfully paid and verified order.
Be among the first 500 unique verified qualifying customers, unless fewer than 500 customers qualify before the closing date.
Submit the required skill-based Challenge entry by the stated deadline.
One customer may receive only one qualification. Purchasing multiple products or placing multiple orders does not provide additional entries or improve the customer’s score or chance of winning.
Test, duplicate, fraudulent, cancelled, fully refunded or charged-back orders are not eligible.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits a customer’s statutory return, refund or consumer-protection rights.
5. Customer Counter
The homepage counter represents the number of unique customers whose orders have been initially identified as qualifying.
The counter begins at:
0 / 500 VERIFIED CUSTOMERS
The Sponsor may adjust the displayed number after reviewing duplicate, cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, test or otherwise ineligible orders.
The displayed counter is informational and does not represent the odds of winning.
6. Skill-Based Entry
Qualifying customers will receive Challenge instructions by email no later than September 3, 2026.
Each qualifying customer must submit an original response of no more than 100 words answering:
“How would your chosen My Veloraa product elevate your everyday routine?”
All entries must be submitted by:
September 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time
Entries must be original and created by the participating customer. Copied, automated, offensive, misleading, incomplete or inappropriate entries may be disqualified.
This is a skill-based Challenge. The winner will not be selected randomly.
7. Judging
All valid entries will be reviewed between September 16 and September 25, 2026 using the following criteria:
Creativity: 40%
Originality: 30%
Relevance to My Veloraa: 20%
Clarity and presentation: 10%
The eligible entry receiving the highest total score will be selected as the potential winner.
In the event of a tie, the entry receiving the highest Creativity score will be selected. If a tie remains, an independent judge will review the tied entries.
The Sponsor’s good-faith judging decision will be final, subject to applicable law.
8. Prize
One verified winner will receive:
$1,000 USD CASH
The total approximate retail value of the prize is $1,000 USD.
The prize will be delivered through a mutually agreed lawful payment method. If payment is received in another currency, the conversion will be based on the payment provider’s exchange rate at the time of payment.
The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, reporting requirements, conversion charges or other obligations imposed by their jurisdiction.
The prize is funded and awarded by My Veloraa. The winner will never be required to purchase another product or pay a fee to receive the prize.
9. Winner Verification
The potential winner must:
Respond within seven days of receiving the winner notification.
Verify their identity, age, country of residence and qualifying order.
Complete any reasonably required eligibility or prize-release documentation.
Correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question where required by law.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within seven days, fails verification or is otherwise ineligible, the next highest-scoring eligible entry may be selected.
The prize will normally be delivered within 30 days after successful verification.
10. Winner Announcement
The verified winner will be announced no later than:
September 30, 2026
The announcement will be published on:
www.myveloraa.com
The official My Veloraa Instagram account
The announcement may include the winner’s first name and city or country.
A photograph, video, testimonial or full legal name will be published only with the winner’s permission and where legally permitted.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected for the Challenge will be used to:
Administer the promotion.
Verify eligibility and qualifying orders.
Communicate with participants.
Judge valid entries.
Deliver and document the prize.
Participation does not automatically provide consent to receive unrelated promotional emails. Marketing consent will be requested separately where required.
12. Fair Participation
The Sponsor may disqualify participants or entries involving:
Fraudulent or fake orders.
Bots, scripts or automated submissions.
Multiple identities or accounts.
False information.
Copied or manipulated entries.
Attempts to interfere with the counter, website or judging process.
Violations of these Official Rules.
13. Changes or Technical Problems
The Sponsor may reasonably modify, suspend or cancel the Challenge if circumstances beyond its control make fair, secure or lawful operation impossible.
Where reasonably possible and legally permitted, the Sponsor will still award the prize from eligible entries received before any modification, suspension or cancellation.
The Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, internet interruptions, incorrect contact information or submissions lost or delayed for reasons outside its reasonable control.
14. Instagram and Meta Disclaimer
This Challenge is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By participating, entrants acknowledge that Instagram and Meta are not responsible for administering the Challenge or awarding the prize.
15. Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to mandatory consumer and promotional laws that apply in an eligible participant’s jurisdiction.
By participating, each customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Official Rules.
